full-time Maintenance Technician.

Job descrption:
Maintenance Technician I completes general maintenance, minor
troubleshooting, and minorrepairs on electrical equipment systems,
HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, windows,screens, and doors.
Additionally, this position requires minor appliance replacement
and takingpart in snow removal.
Department: MaintenanceReports to: Director of Facilities
Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities1. Performs general
maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and repairs on
electricalequipment systems.
2. Performs general maintenance, minor troubleshooting, and repairs
on HVAC equipment.3. Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting,
and minor repairs of plumbing systems.4. Performs general
maintenance and general repairs of doors, windows, and screens.5.
Takes part in the process of snow removal and appliance
replacement.6. Satisfies all educational in-service requirements
mandated by CHI Living Communities,the department, external
accrediting, and regulatory agencies.
