We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction General Laborer to support a variety of tasks on industrial and commercial construction job sites. The ideal candidate is physically capable, safety-minded, comfortable working in all weather conditions, and must bring their own PPE and a basic set of hand and power tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks on-site


Load, unload, and transport heavy construction materials and tools


Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively


Perform general labor duties such as site clean-up, tool handling, and debris removal


Erect and dismantle scaffolding, platforms, and temporary structures


Work at elevated heights and follow fall protection protocols


Follow safety procedures including PPE use


Maintain a clean and organized work area including storage and laydown zones


Support safe operation around the entire construction site




Qualifications:

1+ year of industrial or commercial construction experience
Comfortable working in all weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow)


Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, or scaffolding


Must provide own PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-vis vest)


Must bring own basic hand and power tools daily


OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred


Must pass background check and drug screening


Reliable transportation to and from job site




Requirements:


Must be able to pass a complete background check


Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to starting assignment and throughout the assignment as required
