Certification Details
MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
- Job Details
- Minimum of 3 years PERM CSFA experience.
- Able to assist in general ortho, plastics, vascular neuro, robots
- Contracted CSFA will be required to complete credentialing process through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work
  - Job Requirements
  - Minimum of 3 years PERM CSFA experience.
  - AHA BLS - current
  - **MUST have NBSTSA cert in hand, CSFAs only
    - Schedule Information
    - Shift Time: 8am-630p
    - On-Call: 1-2 times per week after shift until 0700.
    - Required to take call 1 weekend (24hrs Saturday and 24hrs Sunday) per 6-week schedule.
      - Additional Details
      - Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
      - OR Tech First Assistants (CSFA) and RNFAs are required to have a Driver's License.
