Job Description:
Power Labor is seeking a dependable and skilled Certified Skid
Steer Operator and General Laborer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will operate skid steer machinery safely and efficiently
while also assisting with general labor tasks as needed on job
sites. This role requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to
safety, and the flexibility to perform a wide variety of physical
tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Skid Steer Operation:
Operate skid steer machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
Load and move materials including gravel, soil, debris, and
construction materials.
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to equipment operating
procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area around equipment.
General Labor:
Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
Perform manual labor tasks such as shoveling, lifting,
loading/unloading, and moving supplies.
Support other crew members in construction, landscaping, or
demolition activities.
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal
protective equipment (PPE).
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience operating skid steers and working in
construction, landscaping, or a related field.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for
extended periods.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Knowledge of construction site safety and procedures.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor
environments.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a complete background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen prior to starting assignment and
throughout the assignment as required
Valid certification to operate skid steer equipment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with attachments such as augers, forks, or buckets.
Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment
issues.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
