is nestled in the picturesque scenery near Lake Logan State Park
and is conveniently located off Route 33 between Lancaster and
Athens. The therapy staff and interdisciplinary team strive to
create a comprehensive care plan that is unique to each short-term,
outpatient, or long-term patient. We are committed to providing
care so every resident can reach peak independence and
functionality. Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record
