We are seeking a Locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in Athens, OH. The physician will be responsible for providing high-quality care in a busy emergency department. The position requires availability for 12-hour shifts, with a commitment of 8-10 shifts per month. Weekend coverage is required, but there are no on-call obligations. The emergency department handles an annual volume of 30,000 patients. Physician shifts are scheduled from 7 am to 7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am, while APP shifts are from 9 am to 9 pm and 5 pm to 5 am. The facility has 21 beds, and patients may be transferred to any of the Ohio Health facilities.
