Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and updating radiation policy and procedures, assisting with quality assurance and improvement meetings, staff education, performing quality checks on equipment, monitoring maintenance and repairs of equipment, assisting with coordinating patient care, assisting with hiring and on boarding of radiation therapy staff, assisting with performance reviews and remaining up to date on radiation oncology billing.
