  • Registered Nurse specialty for Travel/Contract at James Cancer Hospital and Research in Columbus, OH.
  • D/N Rot or NIGHTS shift, with key responsibilities including floating to various Oncology Medical-Surgical (MS) and Progressive Care Units (PCU) as needed and ensuring staff safety in a secure corrections unit environment.

      • Schedule Information
      • Weekend shifts vary based on unit requirements.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit: corrections unit for Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (ODRC) inmates.
        • Locked unit with access controlled by Corrections Officers (CO).
        • Nurse to patient ratio: 1:3 for PCU, 1:4-5 for MS.
        • Some shifts will be assigned to MS, others to PCU.
          • Additional Details
          • Some responsibilities include interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, support services like pharmacy and rapid response teams, and assisting with patient transports.
