• Current BCLS and IV certification required
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP, NIH Stroke Certification, and other certifications may be required depending on the unit
• Certifications must be from the American Heart Association only
• State License verification required within 30 days of start

    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
    • Current BCLS and IV certification
    • Proficiency in IV starts and general nursing skills
    • Experience with EPIC EMR system
    • Previous travel nursing experience preferred

        • Responsible for floating within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity as needed
          • Additional Details
          • Residency Declaration Form required if using a compact license from a state other than Ohio
          • Check UD/Unit Cost Center Link to determine certifications required per unit
          • Facility will provide instructions to renew ACLS/BLS/PALS at the facility if needed
