Job Description:

We are looking for a Tax Director, Strategy to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's tax position.
• Provide leadership on tax strategy, compliance, and risk management.
• Partner with senior leadership to align tax strategy with overall business objectives.
• Oversee tax research and ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax laws.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Lead tax-related projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes that may impact tax strategy.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MST preferred.
  • 10+ years of tax experience, with a focus on strategy and planning.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex tax matters to senior executives.
