Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to prepare, report,
analyze, and present financial data while ensuring adherence to
accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Execute monthly accounting close processes, prepare journal
entries, and reconcile sub-ledgers to the General Ledger
Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial reports and lead
financial meetings with senior leadership
Mentor junior accountants and collaborate with business partners to
ensure compliance with accounting policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required; Master's
Degree preferred
5+ years of hands-on corporate accounting experience
Experience in coaching and training team members on accounting
matters
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel
experience
Operating experience with an ERP accounting system and financial
planning software
